Problem Note 57282: MTOM attachments are truncated when Web Services Security (WS-Security) is enabled in SAS® BI Web Services for Java
When you send Message Transmission Optimization Mechanism (MTOM) attachments with the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) WS-Security headers defined, the attachment is be truncated.
To work around this issue, do not use the WS-Security headers. But do define an output parameter in the stored process that is called as the web service. The output parameter does not need to be used; it just needs to be defined.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
